Warranty Service
Different Metrologic Products have differing warranty terms. Setup issues should firstly be sorted out with the original supplier of the barcode reader as this service may be chargeable. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty. Contact us for an RMA number for the repair or if you have any queries.

Out Of Warranty Service
Ring 1800 242 548 for the latest service rates. A quotation fee will be charged if we deem the scanner to be economical to repair. If it is uneconomical, then no fee will be charged. Contact us for an RMA number for the repair or if you have any queries.
